SHIPPING:

Oneculture is not liable for any costs incurred by the customer due to duties, taxes, tariffs, or return/exchange shipping costs.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

Because each pair is made to order, returns and refunds are not available. Please review the measurement spec charts carefully before ordering, and feel free to email me with any questions or concerns.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are welcome if a more suitable size is available in my inventory. Items must be returned within two weeks of delivery. All returned items must be unworn and have the original hangtag/pocket flasher attached.
